<p>Five years ago Robert and Debbie Blair founded the West End School, a small boarding school for boys struggling with academics and discipline. <p>Ferdinand&rsquo;s Ball was held at the Frazier Museum in Louisville, Ky., on April 29 to benefit retired thoroughbreds.
